Since purchasing the highly specialised Airbus AS350 Mack-Pull line haulage system in 2015, we have put it to good use completing several large stringing projects.
With this line haulage system and our AS350B3 aircraft we are capable of stringing kilometres of conductor or draw wire safely and efficiently.
The major advantage of the Mack-Pull line haulage system is it is mounted on the side of the helicopter and does not require a large external weight between the helicopter and the draw line, which provides for a reduced operational weight and subsequent increased power margin available to the pilot.
